I need all my money back

An recognized purchase or charge they took all my money on my Gcash Account even its empty already They keep on charging me now I ask for the rest of my refund but google play said that They cannot provide the refund because it doesn't meet the policy or I need the Correlation ID from my carrier. Why company taking money from the peoples hard work. Looking forward that You can help to stop this Theft digging others pocket!
